The Collection Hotel Birmingham

We liked location and food, they were lovely. Our check-in was easy.

The bed was very bad in this place.

We enjoyed the hotel and Birmingham, had 2 fine days there. The employees were amicable and pleasant.

Everything is good here, had a really lovely stay in one night.

It has good staff and location, fast wi-fi.

The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying an extremely comfortable area, so close to city centre, a big restaurant, Beefeater.

We have spent 4 days in king room with an iron for the morning from the night before, single beds plus nice bathroom, everything was great. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer and terry dressing gowns was a bonus.

I liked my stay, it was good.

Had a really great stay here. The staff was courteous and I had a late checkout.

It's right place for sightseeing and exploring Birmingham. The best thing is location - next to the centre and local attractions and a big restaurant.

Very very helpful stuff and unbeatable location! Location short walk to local eateries as well as city centre. I'd say that room was warm, it had coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges, that's handy.

I liked the reception, it was modern. Generally everything was just perfect, though the bathroom was very dirty. Walking distance to a mall and a market across the street. A newly decorated hotel in Birmingham.

It was a very nice stay, family-friendly place. Tidy and the staff was extremely helpful. Food was nice - a good choice of options. I greatly enjoyed perfect customer service too. There were free internet and convenient parking available;)))

The setting was a bit hard to find.

Everything was cool as always. I liked every detail about my peaceful stay here during 1 night. And it also had FABULOUS view. The staff were as usual exceedingly helpful. There were shops and a market around the hotel.

The hotel building is interesting. A huge variety of supplies in the room: Wi-Fi, terrace and complementary tea...

There's hair in some areas.

We would definitely go again anytime. Overall the room was modern and the beds were comfy. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was provided. There's Banu within 15 minutes walk or so, liked their menu.

it was very clean with helpful staff. the queen room that we stayed in was huge and spacious. edgbaston district is worth seeing. we enjoyed this place.

The beds were comfortable in our room. Located so close to Genting Casino Edgbaston, the hotel had easy access to national sea life centre.

we liked the location and rooms and quite reasonable prices. good sleep in a comfy bed. we visited akbars, set only 600 ft away. stay there and enjoy your birmingham trip.
